• STEP 1 : THE CUSTOMIZED PLAN

Let's make a customized plan for you by determining your criterias, wants, needs and, of course, your budget! Remember, there are closing costs associated with buying a property 

• STEP 2: MORTGAGE PRE-APPROVAL

This step has to be done in advance. You just need to get your mortgage pre-approved.  We don't want you to find YOUR home and then to lose it just because of the bank's bureaucratic procedures.

• STEP 3: PROPERTY SEARCH 

 Let the fun begin! I'm going to show you properties that meet and sometimes even exceed your wants and your needs!

(Psst.. I also have access to exclusive listings that are not even on the market yet)

You see it, you like it, you want it and .. what's left is only submitting an offer! I will work my magic to make the best deal for you.

Congratulations! You said Yes to the address !

The offer is accepted! and now you need to:

 -pay deposit

 -contact your lawyer 

 -do home inspection

 -fulfill conditions 

Woohoo! Get your keys from the lawyer. Champagne and cake is on me!!
